Lunch buffets
The Freedom Museum can provide you with a complete lunch. The lunch buffets below are self-service and are presented in a beautifully prepared buffet style. Both lunch buffets can be expanded with additional options. In addition, there is a vegan option available for the buffets.
The Museum lunch - € 8.95 p.p.
- 1 soft brown roll and 1 hard roll (two soft rolls on Sundays). These sandwiches are topped with cheese and ham and served with tomato and cucumber.
- 1 currant bun with butter.
- Coffee/tea (including a free refill).
* A completely vegan variant is also possible. In that case, lunch consists of vegan sandwiches with vegan cheese and another vegan sandwich filling. The currant bun is replaced by ontbijtkoek (a type of Dutch gingerbread).
A Taste of Freedom lunch - € 15.70 p.p.
- 3 luxury filled mini sandwiches (variety of soft rolls) with cheese, ham and fish , served with tomato and cucumber.
- Tomato soup.
- Fruit juice.
- Fruit.
- Coffee/tea (including a free refill).
* A completely vegan variant is also possible. In that case, lunch consists of vegan sandwiches with vegan cheese, hummus and another vegan sandwich filling.
Additional options*
Both the Museum lunch and the “Taste of Freedom” lunch can be expanded with the following additional options.

* Note: the choice you make here applies to the entire group. If you have ordered a number of vegan lunches, you will automatically receive the same number of vegan variants of the chosen options.
** The standard salad is a mozzarella salad. The vegan option is a couscous salad.
Terms
- All buffet lunches are possible from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 35 pers. (Normally this is a maximum of 80 people, due to extreme crowds we have had to adjust this temporarily).
- Reservations required in advance. Reservations can be made through the application form.
- Lunches at the Freedom Museum need to be booked at least 1 week in advance. We need to be informed of the definitive number of people no later than 3 business days in advance.
- Unfortunately we cannot comply with any dietary wishes concerning allergies etc.
- If you want additional options, the choice you make applies to the entire group. If you have ordered a number of vegan lunches, you will automatically receive the same number of vegan variations of the chosen options. Requests for vegetarian or vegan options must be sent no later than three days in advance.
- In case of cancellation, we will have to charge the full amount if lunches are not cancelled at least 3 business days in advance.
