Lunch buffets
The Freedom Museum can provide you with a complete lunch. The lunch buffets below are self-service and are presented in a beautifully prepared buffet style. Both lunch buffets can be expanded with additional options. In addition, there is a vegan option available for the buffets.
The Museum lunch - € 8.95 p.p.
- 1 soft brown roll and 1 hard roll (2 soft rolls on Sundays). Both rolls come with mild cheese or ham. The cheese roll comes with slices of tomato and cucumber.
- 1 currant bun with butter.
- Coffee/tea (including a free refill).
* There is a completely vegan option. The vegan version of the lunch exists of vegan rolls with vegan cheese and vegan pâté. The currant bun is replaced by ontbijtkoek (a type of Dutch gingerbread).
A Taste of Freedom lunch - € 15.70 p.p.
- 3 luxurious mini rolls (selection of soft rolls) with mature cheese, Serrano ham and salmon. The cheese roll comes with tomato and cucumber slices.
- Tomato soup.
- Apple-pear juice. This is a Social Juice produced in the region.
- Apples and bananas.
- Coffee/tea (including a free refill).
* There is a completely vegan option. The vegan version of the lunch exists of vegan rolls with vegan cheese, vegan pâté and beetroot hummus.
Additional options*
Both the Museum lunch and the “Taste of Freedom” lunch can be expanded with the following additional options. We offer vegan versions of all the options, except for the croquette. The croquette has a vegetarian version but not a vegan version.

* Note: the choice you make here applies to the entire group. If you have ordered a number of vegan lunches, you will automatically receive the same number of vegan variants of the chosen options. The croquette will be replaced with a vegetarian version.
** The standard salad is a mozzarella salad. The vegan option is a couscous salad.
Terms
- All buffet lunches are possible from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 25 pers. (Normally this is a maximum of 80 people, due to extreme crowds we have had to adjust this temporarily).
- Reservations required in advance. Reservations can be made through the application form.
- Lunches at the Freedom Museum need to be booked at least 1 week in advance. We need to be informed of the definitive number of people no later than 3 business days in advance.
- Unfortunately we cannot comply with any dietary wishes concerning allergies etc.
- If you want additional options, the choice you make applies to the entire group. If you have ordered a number of vegan lunches, you will automatically receive the same number of vegan variations of the chosen options. The only exception is the croquette, which is only available in a vegetarian version, not a vegan version. Requests for vegetarian or vegan options must be sent no later than three days in advance.
- In case of cancellation, we will have to charge the full amount if lunches are not cancelled at least 3 business days in advance.
