Because we first have to see if your request fits in with our schedule, you can only request a group visit and not book right away. Once we have finalised your programme/visit, you will receive a confirmation from us by email. We aim to inform you as soon as possible.

Terms and cancellations

To make a reservation, please send an email to welkom@vrijheidsmuseum.nl or fill out an application form.
The maximum size of a group will be indicated for every programme.
The indicated prices do not include the entrance fee for the Freedom Museum.
Per school max. 2 paying supervisors / teachers / parents (€ 7.00 p.p.), other supervisors have free access.
The order of the modules in the programme can in some cases be tailored to your wishes.
Discounts cannot be combined.
All buffet lunches are possible from a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 80 pers.
Unfortunately we cannot comply with any dietary wishes concerning allergies etc. The lunches at the Freedom Museum are available in a completely vegan version.
Educational programmes and Nibble lunch boxes need to be booked at least 1 week in advance. We need to be informed of the definitive number of people no later than 3 business days in advance.
Nibble lunch boxes can only be ordered in combination with one of our educational programmes or tours.
If educational programmes and/or Nibble lunch boxes are not cancelled at least 3 business days in advance, we will have to charge the full amount.
Prices are subject to change.
Visitors are liable for any damage they cause intentionally or accidentally.
Teachers and supervisors of groups are responsible and liable for the behaviour of the members of their group.

Lunch possibilities for school groups

Nibble lunch box - € 5.95 p.p.

For school groups we offer our Nibble lunch box. This lunch is packed in a handy bag and given out on the spot. The Nibble lunch box consists of:

1 soft brown roll with cheese and 1 hard multigrain pyramid roll with ham.
1 apple.
1 juice box of Wicky multi fruit (sugar free).

* There is a completely vegan option. The vegan lunch exists of vegan rolls with vegan cheese and vegan pâté.
Note: Nibble lunch boxes can only be ordered in combination with one of our educational programmes or tours.
